Fitting strip in walnut (Length 20 cm)
Fitting strip in Flat Walnut – for a neat and uniform finish
Fitting strips are used to cover gaps between the frame and wall or ceiling, creating a seamless whole in the kitchen. You choose the fitting strip’s length and then cut it to the desired width and height for a perfect fit.
If longer fitting strips are needed, join them where two doors meet for a discreet transition.
The fitting strips have a thickness of 19 mm, the same as the fronts, allowing installation flush with them. Even above wall and tall cabinets, a horizontal fitting strip can give a clean and framed feel.
Installation tip:
Measure and cut the fitting strip to the correct height and width.
Attach a batten or support strip to the back of the fitting strip and mount it to the frame by screwing from the inside. An alternative is to first attach the batten to the frame and then glue the fitting strip for a sturdy installation.
