Delivery & shipping
Your fronts are marked, packed, and delivered with a shipping company. You will also receive a drawing guide that shows exactly how everything should be assembled. For pattern-matched fronts, each part is marked (e.g., 1a, 1b, 1c) to simplify the assembly.
Normally 6–8 weeks from order, excluding shipping time. Delivery time may vary depending on the type of product and any customization. Holiday periods and public holidays may extend the delivery time.
Shipping depends on the order size (weight and dimensions) and is usually about 8% of the order value. The standard shipping cost is 590 SEK, but there may be an additional charge for larger deliveries. Delivery is usually made on a Euro pallet.
Yes! We deliver to several European countries – for example Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Norway. Our fronts are compatible with IKEA's European Metod carcasses. However, they do not work with IKEA's American carcasses, which have different measurements.
We do not offer assembly, but our doors and fronts are adapted for IKEA's click system, which makes them easy to install. We also cooperate with reliable building firms that we are happy to recommend.
Products & customization
From IKEA you buy carcasses, shelves, hinges, dampers, drawer inserts, and legs. Keep in mind that hidden drawers require inner fronts which are also purchased at IKEA.
All our fronts – doors, cover panels, filler pieces, drawer fronts, and wardrobe doors – have a thickness of 19 mm, which makes fitting and adjustment simple and sturdy.
Yes, we also make fronts in special sizes for an additional cost. Contact us with your wishes and we will assist you further.
Yes, all our standard doors are adapted for IKEA Metod frames for kitchens and IKEA Pax frames for wardrobes. The doors are mounted with existing IKEA fittings.
You need to buy hinges or drawers from IKEA depending on the type of front you order. We always specify what is needed in the product information.
You can order fronts (doors) for IKEA's Pax wardrobes from us. We only make hinged doors, but in all standard sizes.
Yes, you can order for other frames. We then need measurements, quantity, and preferably drawings or pictures. Please note that we do not pre-drill or make hinge holes for non-IKEA frames.
All our fronts are made in our carpentry workshop in Falköping with a focus on quality, details, and durability. We select veneer from the same log to create a beautiful flow, glue it onto chipboard or MDF, and edge band with solid wood. The surface is treated with matte varnish, hard wax oil, or paint – depending on the design.
Material & surface treatment
We work with oak and walnut as our main materials, in the form of wood veneer or solid wood. Oak is available in several variants — natural (Flat Oak), white pigmented (Raw Oak White), dark pigmented (Raw Oak Dark), and warm brown (Flat Oak Brown). Walnut is offered in the Flat Walnut series. We also manufacture doors in painted ash veneer through our Color+ series.
Matte lacquer provides a smooth, matte surface that is easy to keep clean and preserves the natural appearance of the wood. Hard wax oil penetrates the wood and gives a more natural, lively feel — the wood "breathes" and ages beautifully. Hard wax oil requires a bit more maintenance but offers a warmer and more organic expression.
