Refund policy

We manufacture our cabinet doors and drawer fronts for your specific order. Due to the customised order process, it is non-refundable. Kitchen and wardrobe doors cannot be returned as they are made specifically to customer order. Complaints regarding manufacturing defects or goods not matching the order should be made to info@bucksandspurs.se.

Guarantee

All our products are covered by a 2-year warranty on the origin of the material and defects arising during production. Defects caused by our own actions and alterations to the product are not covered by the warranty. Bucks and Spurs is responsible for the product until it is delivered.

Damage and problems

Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
