Exchanges and Returns

Our kitchen and wardrobe fronts as well as cover panels are made to each specific order and therefore cannot be returned or canceled. Complaints regarding manufacturing defects or deviations from the order should be sent to info@bucksandspurs.se.

Complaints

You have the right to file a complaint about a product for up to three years according to the Consumer Purchase Act. Complaints should be made within two months from the time you discovered the defect. For approved complaints, we cover return shipping, repair, or replacement product. In case of defects, you should contact customer service with the order number, photos, and a description of the deviation. The consumer’s rights under the Consumer Purchase Act always apply.

Warranty

All our products are covered by a three-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects, in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance Contracts Act. The warranty does not cover damages caused by incorrect assembly, abuse, or modifications made by the customer. Bucks and Spurs bears the risk for the product until it has been delivered to the customer.
This is not an additional warranty but follows mandatory law. Damages caused by the customer’s handling are not covered.

Right of Withdrawal for Distance Purchases

According to the Distance Contracts Act, as a consumer you normally have 14 days’ right of withdrawal from the day you receive the product. The right of withdrawal only applies to standard products ordered online or via digital quotation.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to your specific wishes or measurements, according to Chapter 2, Section 11, point 3 of the Distance Contracts Act. This may, for example, apply to our kitchen fronts, wardrobe fronts, cover panels, and other products that are manufactured or customized specifically according to your choices.

If you want to withdraw from a purchase covered by the right of withdrawal, please use our digital withdrawal form on the page “Cancel your purchase”. Once the form has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation by email.

The confirmation means that we have received your notice of withdrawal. It does not mean that the withdrawal has automatically been approved.

For approved returns, the product must be unused and undamaged, preferably in the original packaging if possible. You have the right to open the packaging and inspect the product as needed to determine its properties and function, but we may require compensation for any depreciation if the product has been handled more than necessary.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless otherwise expressly agreed. Please contact us before returning for instructions via info@bucksandspurs.se.

We include a standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal with every delivery.
