After the quote is approved via email, an invoice will be sent accordingly.
The order becomes binding once you have approved the quote.
Bucks and Spurs reserves the right to refuse an order in case of technical error, incorrect price information, or if the product is no longer available.

4. Delivery terms

Delivery time:

The lead time is normally about 6–8 weeks from order, excluding shipping time. Delivery time may vary depending on the nature of the product, the scope of the order, and any special customization. Holiday periods, public holidays, Christmas holidays, and other holidays may extend the delivery time. We recommend that you do not book an installer until the delivery has been received and checked, as we do not compensate for downtime.

4.1 Shipping cost:

Shipping depends on order size (weight and dimensions). Deliveries are usually made on a long pallet and the shipping cost is normally about 8% of the order value. The minimum shipping cost is 590 SEK.

4.2 Delivery method and receipt

Delivery is made to the address or pickup location you have specified. The customer is responsible for ensuring the address is correct and that delivery can be received during business hours. Additional costs may apply for redelivery if the delivery cannot be completed. Upon receipt, the goods must be inspected. Transport damage must be reported immediately to the carrier and then to us. The damages should be photographed and images sent with the report to info@bucksandspurs.se.

4.3 Transport damage

In case of approved transport damage, we will replace with a new delivery.

4.4 International delivery

We are happy to ship our products to other countries. Contact us for price and shipping options.

4.5 Responsibility for order information

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided at the time of order is correct. Changes must be reported within 48 hours of the approved order. Even when consulting, the customer is responsible for the final choices. All standard doors are adapted to Ikea's Metod kitchen frames and Pax wardrobe frames.

4.6 Force majeure

Bucks and Spurs is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, war, government decisions, natural disasters, supplier, transport, or production disruptions.

5. Right of withdrawal for distance purchases

According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a consumer have 14 days' right of withdrawal from the day you receive the product. The right of withdrawal only applies to standard products ordered online or via digital quote. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to your specific wishes or measurements, according to Chapter 2, Section 11, point 3 of the Distance Contracts Act.
For returns, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Contact us before returning for instructions at info@bucksandspurs.se.
You have the right to open the packaging and inspect the product, but we may require compensation for damage caused by your handling. We include a standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal with every delivery.

6. Complaints and warranty

You have the right to make a complaint about a product for up to three years under the Consumer Purchase Act. Complaints should be made within two months from when you discovered the defect. For approved complaints, we cover return shipping, repair, or replacement product. In case of defects, please contact customer service with your order number, photos, and a description of the deviation. The consumer's rights under the Consumer Purchase Act always apply.

7. Custom-made products

Products that are not pre-made but manufactured according to your specific measurements or choices, thereby gaining a personal touch, are not covered by the right of withdrawal. The order becomes binding once the quote is approved.

8. Exchanges and returns

Our kitchen and wardrobe fronts as well as cover panels are made to each specific order and therefore cannot be returned or canceled. Complaints regarding manufacturing defects or deviations from the order should be sent to info@bucksandspurs.se.

9. Warranty

All our products come with a three-year warranty against material and manufacturing defects, in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act and Distance Contracts Act. The warranty does not cover damages caused by incorrect assembly, abuse, or modifications made by the customer. Bucks and Spurs bears the risk for the goods until they have been delivered to the customer.
This is not an additional warranty but follows from mandatory law.
Damages caused by the customer's handling are not covered.

We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data is used only to handle orders, payments, and delivery, and is shared only with our logistics and payment partners.
