General Terms and Conditions – Bucks and Spurs Stockholm Company AB
Applies to purchases made via the website, email, digital quote or in a physical store.

1. General

These general terms and conditions apply when you, as a customer, order kitchen doors or related products from Bucks and Spurs Stockholm Company AB, organisation number 556839-6229, via our online shop, after receiving a digital quote/order confirmation or in a physical store. By accepting a quote, order confirmation or making a purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

2. Prices and payment

All prices are quoted in Swedish kronor including VAT.
For online purchases or orders placed via quotation/order confirmation, payment is made via Shopify, Klarna (card, direct payment or instalment payment), PayPal, Apple Pay, American Express, VISA, Mastercard, Union Pay or invoice. We reserve the right to adjust prices, texts or images in the event of obvious errors..

 

3. Ordering and order confirmation

After placing an order via the website, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Once the quote has been approved by email, an invoice will be sent in accordance with the quote.
The order becomes binding once you have approved the quote.
Bucks and Spurs reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a technical error, incorrect price information or if the product is no longer available.

 

4. Terms of delivery

Delivery time:

The lead time is normally around 6–8 weeks from order placement, excluding shipping time. Delivery times may vary depending on the nature of the product, the size of the order and any special customisation. Holiday periods, public holidays, Christmas holidays and other holidays may extend delivery times. We recommend that you do not book an installer until the delivery has been received and checked, as we do not compensate for downtime.

4.1 Shipping cost:

Shipping costs depend on order size (weight and dimensions). Deliveries are usually made on long pallets and shipping costs are normally around 8% of the order value. The minimum shipping cost is SEK 590.

4.2 Delivery method and receipt

Delivery will be made to the address or delivery point you have specified. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the address is correct and that delivery can be received during office hours. Additional costs may be incurred for a new delivery if the delivery cannot be completed. The goods must be checked upon receipt. Transport damage must be reported immediately to the carrier and then to us. The damage must be photographed and the images sent with the report to info@bucksandspurs.se.

4.3 Transport damage

In the event of approved transport damage, we will replace the item with a new delivery.

4.4 International delivery

We are happy to ship our products to other countries. Please contact us for pricing and shipping options.

4.5 Responsibility for order details

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided when placing an order is correct. Any changes must be notified within 48 hours of the order being approved. Even when advice is provided, the customer is responsible for the final choice. All standard doors are adapted to Ikea's Metod frames for kitchens and Pax frames for wardrobes.

4.6 Force majeure

Bucks and Spurs shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, war, government decisions or natural disasters, supplier, transport or production disruptions.


5. Right of withdrawal for distance purchases

According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a consumer have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received the goods. The right of withdrawal only applies to standard products ordered online or via a digital quote. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods manufactured according to your specific wishes or measurements, in accordance with Chapter 2, Section 11, Point 3 of the Distance Contracts Act.
When returning goods, they must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Please contact us before returning goods for instructions: info@bucksandspurs.se.
You have the right to open the packaging and examine the goods, but we may demand compensation for any damage caused by your handling. We enclose a standard form for exercising the right of withdrawal with each delivery..

 

6. Complaints and warranty

You have the right to complain about a product for up to three years under the Consumer Sales Act. Complaints should be made within two months of discovering the fault. If the complaint is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping, repair or replacement. In the event of a fault, please contact customer service with your order number, photos and a description of the fault. Consumer rights under the Consumer Sales Act always apply.

 

7. Specially ordered products

Products that are not manufactured in advance but are manufactured according to your specific measurements or choices and thereby have a personal touch are not covered by the right of withdrawal. The order becomes binding once the quote has been approved.


8. Exchanges and returns

Our kitchen and wardrobe fronts and cover panels are manufactured to order and therefore cannot be returned or cancelled. Complaints regarding manufacturing defects or deviations from the order should be sent to info@bucksandspurs.se.


9. Warranty

All our products are covered by a three-year warranty against material defects and manufacturing defects, in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act and the Distance Contracts Act. The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect assembly, damage or modification of the product. Bucks and Spurs bears the risk for the goods until they have been delivered to the customer.
This is not an additional warranty but is required by law.
Damage caused by the customer's handling is not covered.

 

10. Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data is used solely for the purpose of handling orders, payments and deliveries, and is only shared with our logistics and payment partners.


11. Dispute

We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints in the event of a dispute. Disputes may also be tried by a Swedish court under Swedish law.


12. International customers

Bucks and Spurs AB primarily targets its operations and sales to the Swedish market. Although certain parts of the website are available in English, there is no specific marketing or adaptation to other countries.
For customers within the EU, in accordance with EU Regulation 593/2008 (Rome I), mandatory consumer protection legislation in the home country may apply if the sale is deemed to be directed at that country.
For customers outside the EU, Swedish law applies to all purchases, unless otherwise required by mandatory legislation in the country in question. Disputes with foreign customers shall be tried in a Swedish court – Solna District Court – with the application of Swedish law.
