Shipping policy

Delivery Time
The lead time is normally about 6–8 weeks from order, excluding shipping time. Delivery time may vary depending on the nature of the product, the size of the order, and any customizations. Holiday periods, public holidays, Christmas holidays, and other holidays may extend the delivery time. We recommend that you do not book an installer until the delivery has been received and checked, as we do not compensate for downtime.

Shipping Cost
Shipping depends on the order size (weight and dimensions). Deliveries are usually made on a long pallet, and the shipping cost is normally about 8% of the order value. The minimum shipping cost is 590 SEK.

Delivery Method and Receipt
Delivery is made to the address or pickup location you have specified. The customer is responsible for ensuring the address is correct and that delivery can be received during office hours. Additional costs may apply for redelivery if the delivery cannot be completed. Upon receipt, the goods must be inspected. Transport damages must be reported immediately to the carrier and then to us. The damages should be photographed and images sent with the report to info@bucksandspurs.se.

Transport Damage
In case of approved transport damage, we will replace with a new delivery.

Delivery to Norway (outside the EU)
Special conditions apply for delivery to Norway.

All unit prices are stated in SEK including 25% Swedish VAT. However, for sales to Norway, no Swedish VAT is charged, which means the total amount of your order is excluding 25% Swedish VAT.

Customs Clearance
For import to Norway, you will be contacted by the shipping company handling customs clearance. You as the customer are responsible for paying Norwegian import VAT as well as any customs and administration fees directly to the shipping company according to their instructions. 

Shipping Cost
When ordering in our webshop, a base shipping cost of 590 SEK is charged. This amount is deducted from the final shipping cost. The final shipping cost is based on the actual weight and dimensions of the order as well as the delivery location and is invoiced separately by Bucks and Spurs after delivery.
